Ingredients

• 1/2 cup strong black coffee
• 1 tsp sugar
• 3 T Irish whiskey
• whipped cream

Comments

This drink is best served in a mug with a sugared rim. Add a maraschino cherry for colour. The coffee should be black, with no added milk.
