Hot Mulled Cider

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cider
  • 3 T apple brandy, or other brandy as available
  • 1 orange slice
  • sugar to taste

Comments

A traditional way of heating the cider is to serve up the cider in mugs then stick a hot poker into the alcohol.

Steps

Step 1. Heat the ingredients in a small pot over the stove, until steaming.

Step 2. Pour into a mug. Add a cinnamon stick.
